With teams dedicated to understanding their drivers and tailoring loads revolving around their individual needs. They know the job is tough and were determined to set out and change the logistics model.

The research deep dive indicated that shippers and carriers don’t feel supported and in the dark. Competitors focused on latest tech and losing touch of what really matters. Our strategy was to position Loadsmith with people first with customer service at the forefront ensuring confidence in their audience. Giving full support for shippers and carriers in addition to all the technology to track the load every step of the way. Built from years of experience by being in their partners shoes.
We crafted an identity that was unlike any other competitor. We arrived at the brand mark, by exploring a Hungarian legend that told of a mythical white stag that led its followers to discover new prosperous lands. Contemporarily, the stag is a sign of outdoorsmanship, tradition, and self-sufficiency. The stylized antlers and pattern treatments, were made to represent the ample crossover of shippers and carriers teaming up together. These two audiences cannot exist without the other, and despite a bumpy history between them, our visual language and messaging helped bridge the audience gap.
Working alongside the founder of Loadsmith we broke down the user needs, goals, and journeys for shippers and carriers. Design that shared the story of what Loadsmith stood for and what they were capable of delivering. We created wireframes and prototypes that lead to the final website design that would be successful helping Loadsmith receive 2 Million in funding.
After the brand rollout was complete we helped the client secure 2MM in seed funding. Since it’s launch on October 1st of 2019, Loadsmith now is at a 150% growth rate that continues to thrive. In 2020 they completed the year with 21 Million in year one. Strong start for business in a multi-million dollar industry. We continue to work alongside Loadsmith in marketing and expanding their relationships with partners and new cities to come in the following years.
